Our Bergdörfli Silva Nigra restaurant is rustically furnished with small, cosy enclosures in the style of an Alpine pasture. A stream flows through the centre of the room to a waterwheel – You will find yourself transported back to romantic times, while you are enjoying a tasty wine combined with international specialities or delicacies from our regional cuisine.
You will sit in the „Hebelstube" among real specialities e.g., meat cooked in a hay casing or soup seasoned with mountain herbs, under old paintings that were created by a Freiburg painter to illustrate the poems of Johann-Peter Hebel, over 100 years ago.
You can even dine among greenery during the cold season in our bright and friendly conservatory with its splendid panorama.
